Responsibilities

Kiosk Assistants will play a vital role in TCG’s operations, with duties including:

  • Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service to customers, staff, regional offices, members, non-members, and trainees.

  • Issue Identification: Proactively notice and address poor service delivery issues.

  • Query Management: Log all incoming requests or queries, regardless of submission channel.
  • Support: Provide first-line assistance to TCG customers and stakeholders.
  • Case Handling: Follow up on open cases, answer correspondence accurately, and research information as needed.
  • Information Provision: Share product and service details with customers.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve complaints from members, stakeholders, and customers, escalating priority issues per the contact centre schedule.

Requirements

Candidates must meet these criteria:

  • Education:
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or a similar qualification.
