Job description:
We are looking for empathetic and caring people, who have a genuine passion for what they do and want to make an immeasurable impact on the life of someone who requires care
As a small team with a discerning client base, we only work with the best carers, offering them unrivaled guidance and training to maintain our high standards
Our carers are offered the full support of our in-house clinical nurse both before and during placements, including in-person inductions at the start of a new placement
Primary carer placements last between 1-3 months and will rotate to ensure strong relationships and continuity of care, with shorter assignments available for respite care
We offer high-quality room and board, as well as covering travel expenses to and from each placement
We are looking for carers who have:
Fluent English and excellent communication and reporting skills, both spoken and written
High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to client needs
Good cooking skills and have experience running and maintaining a home
Utmost professionalism and knowledge of care delivery
A Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 (min) or are able to work towards one
An ‘above and beyond’ mentality

Salary: R16,000.00 – R20,400.00 per week
