Job Description
The Fuel Attendant will focus on delivering exceptional service to customers by ensuring they receive the correct fuel and lubricants for their vehicles while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently.
- Ensure customers receive the correct fuel as per their vehicle requirements and requests.
- Balance fuel sales at the end of each shift to maintain accurate records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in fuel sales promptly.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification.
- Valid Code 14 driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Numeracy skills for accurate sales calculations and transactions.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Clean criminal record.
- Precision and accuracy in task execution.
