Fans were deeply concerned after witnessing the heartbreaking sight of the late rapper Malome Vector’s young daughter crying inconsolably. The poignant scene captured the immense loss felt by those closest to the musician, adding a layer of profound sadness to the mourning process.

On Saturday, August 10, friends, family, and fans gathered to pay their final respects to the rapper and songwriter, whose real name was Bokang Moleli. Malome Vector, who tragically lost his life in a car accident on July 24, will be laid to rest in his hometown of Roma Section, Maseru, Lesotho.

The funeral service took place at the Roma Christ the King High School grounds before proceeding to the cemetery. This emotional farewell comes just two weeks after the devastating accident on the N8 in Bloemfontein, Free State, which claimed three lives, including Malome Vector.

The memorial service for the 32-year-old musician was held on Wednesday, August 8, at the Lehakoe Recreational Centre in Maseru. Mourners gathered to share their cherished memories of Malome Vector, celebrating his life and contributions to music.

The tragic accident also claimed the lives of musician and producer Lizwi Wokuqala and videographer Musa “Da Mos” Nkondo. Two other occupants in the car, including up-and-coming musician Puleng Phoofolo, survived the crash.

Lizwi was buried in his hometown of eThekwini in KZN on August 4, while Da Mos was laid to rest in Tshwane on July 30. The funeral of Malome Vector marks the final chapter in a series of somber farewells to those lost in the tragic accident.
