- Handle various payment types accurately as per SOP.
- Educate customers about current promotions to drive sales.
- Increase ticket averages through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter service areas in line with SOP.
- Manage Front of House (FOH) stock according to SOP.
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required; National Senior Certificate preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a retail cashier (Quick Service Restaurant environment preferred).
- Well-developed literacy and numeracy skills.
