Her perspective shifted when Musa expressed his desire to have a staggering 20 children. MaCele recounted, “Look, I love children, but having four kids would be traumatic, and this man was here talking about 20 kids.” She decided to allow Musa to have children with other women because she was unwilling to have such a large family herself.
MaCele believed that her reluctance to have more children shouldn’t result in other women becoming single mothers due to selfishness, saying, “It would mean he would impregnate them and leave.”
