MaCele recounted, “Look, I love children, but having four kids would be traumatic, and this man was here talking about 20 kids.” She decided to allow Musa to have children with other women because she was unwilling to have such a large family herself.
MaCele believed that her reluctance to have more children shouldn’t result in other women becoming single mothers due to selfishness, saying, “It would mean he would impregnate them and leave.”
Tragically, she also revealed that one of Musa’s wives passed away in a car accident, bringing the count of Musa Mseleku’s marriages to five.
MaCele candidly shared the initial difficulties she faced after Musa married his late wife, MaSaule, saying, “I am okay now, but in the beginning, I did not want him to touch me when he came to my house.”
To cope with the complexities of the polygamous marriage, she made the decision to move out of the family home, expressing her inability to handle living in the same yard as Musa’s other wives.
