It’s that time of the year again, time to upgrade your smartphone to a newer version. If you are still rocking an iPhone 6 or Samsung Galaxy Ace after all these years and you are a WhatsApp fanatic, this is a sign for you to upgrade your smartphone because come November, WhatsApp will no longer be supporting these and other older devices.
The popular Facebook-owned messaging application has announced once again that starting from the 1st of November 2021, it will no longer work on some iOS and Android smartphones.
WhatsApp revealed that it will stop working on devices with Android 4.1, iOS 10 as well as smartphones with KaiOS 2.5.1 and previous versions.
With this new development, WhatsApp is going to halt its processes for over 40 smartphone models from popular models such as Apple, Samsung, LG, ZTE, Huawei, and Sony.
