A video clip featuring Julius Malema, the leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), has resurfaced in light of new developments in the murder trial of former Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa.

Malema specifically mentions Kelly Khumalo, stating, “We are more than convinced, personally I am more than convinced that Kelly knows something. I am more than convinced that she knows something. There must be a way that she must be held accountable.”

Recent developments in the case have indicated that Kelly Khumalo had communication with one of the accused, known as accused 5, with the last call occurring on October 15, 2014, just days before Senzo Meyiwa’s tragic death.
