Available Apprenticeship Fields
Applicants can choose one of the following trade areas:
- Mechanical Fitting
- Plater Welding
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation
Apprentices will receive a blend of practical and theoretical training, mentored by experienced professionals at one of South Africa’s most respected sugar mills.
Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify, applicants must have:
- A Matric certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science, or an N4 qualification in the relevant trade.
- Basic experience in a factory, plant, or industrial environment (advantageous).
- A solid understanding of the chosen trade.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good timekeeping and attendance record.
- Computer literacy (essential).
