They face a range of charges, including premeditated murder, attempted murder, robbery with aggravated circumstances, possession of firearms without a license, and possession of ammunition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the resurfaced video clip from a 2022 media briefing by the EFF, Julius Malema expresses a strong belief that Senzo Meyiwa was murdered, and he suggests that people who were present at the house during the incident may have knowledge about the identity of the killer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malema specifically mentions Kelly Khumalo, stating, &#8220;We are more than convinced, personally I am more than convinced that Kelly knows something. I am more than convinced that she knows something.
