Authorities are on the lookout for a man, along with two others, who are suspected to be armed and traveling in a blue Volkswagen Polo.

Detective Constable Tshidi Matjie from the Benoni Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) is seeking assistance from the public to apprehend this individual. According to reports, in January, the suspect and his associates, driving a blue Volkswagen Polo, approached a woman walking in Daveyton.

They attempted to coax her into their vehicle, but when she refused, the suspect violently assaulted her, hitting her in the face with a firearm. Subsequently, they forced her into the vehicle and drove to a nearby field where she was subjected to a horrifying ordeal of rape. Additionally, her cellphone and T-shirt were stolen during the incident.
