Zimbabwean prophet Mellontik Orasi is making headlines after boldly claiming to have accurately prophesied the recent plane crash involving internationally acclaimed South African DJ, Nkosinathi “Black Coffee” Maphumulo.
Prophet Orasi has gained attention for his alleged accurate prophecies regarding several South African celebrity deaths, including notable figures such as Zahara, AKA, Mbongeni Ngema, and David Bartlett.
The revelation comes in the wake of a severe travel accident that Black Coffee experienced while on a flight from Brazil to Mar del Plata, Argentina. In a statement released by Black Coffee’s management, they disclosed, “Black Coffee was involved in a severe travel accident on a flight en route to his scheduled show in Mar del Plata. The incident resulted in unforeseen complications and left him with some injuries.”
While the specific details of Black Coffee’s injuries and current medical condition remain undisclosed, Prophet Mellontik Orasi took to his Facebook account to assert that he had foreseen the accident. Posting screenshots of a prophecy made on December 16, 2023, Prophet Orasi implored people to pray for Black Coffee, expressing confidence that if they did, he would survive.
“Saw this coming. If this makes your Prophets to make me their sermon, I don’t care. I say what I see,” declared Prophet Orasi in his Facebook post.
He further shared another screenshot of a prophecy dated August 31, 2023, where he had called for prayers for an artist symbolically referred to as a “hot beverage on house music,” clearly referencing Black Coffee.
