In the upcoming October teasers for Skeem Saam, it’s revealed that Tbose will make a surprising decision concerning his son, Pitsi. On October 4th, the Maputla family will be shocked by Tbose’s decision, and on October 13th, they will bid him farewell.

While Hungani Ndlovu’s departure from the show in July had left fans wondering about his return, the September teasers suggest that he might make a comeback on September 28th when a family member unexpectedly returns home, leaving the Maputlas curious.

In July, Skeem Saam confirmed on Twitter that Hungani Ndlovu had not left the show, despite his character’s departure to Cape Town while his brother, Leeto Maputla, went to Johannesburg. Whether the actor is permanently leaving the show or taking a break remains unclear at this stage, especially after the departure of the first Tbose, played by Cornet Mamabolo, in 2021.

Speculations are however high that it is due to salary issues, we will keep updating this article as new information comes in. Stay tuned.
